In the 21st century, monsters and demons have become things of myth, and legend in the heart and minds of the general public, but in truth, they are still vary real, and very much a threat.
One officer Amelie Belnades was a non-believer in the paranormal, until one day that mistake would cost her everything. What was supposed to be a human trafficking bust, turned into a blood bath, as Amelie and her team walked right into a vampire nest.
The cartel of vampires retaliated against the police’s invasion, one by one taking down Amelie’s team, however, her fallen friends wouldn’t stay down for long.
Amelie was in disbelief, at first reliever, but relief quickly turned to fear as her undead comrades turned against her, trying to kill or turn her, she retaliated to little to no effect.
That’s when she would make her plan to escape; some well placed shots, and a dash into Lake Michigan and she was safe, almost.
Her former teammates have no doubt turned the whole precinct against her, making her look like the villain, leaving her with no where to go, until she’d meet a mysterious man.
It was Alucard Tepes, who apparently had been keeping tabs on the descendents of his old friends.
Alucard offered her a hand, and a place to stay. He offered to train her to be a monster hunter, and to teach her about the paranormal world.
For four years she would study in the halls of the Belmont hold, and for four years she would train in Dracula’s castle. Now she’s ready to pick up the family business, with a more modern touch, and is ready to take back every thing the vampire cartel took from her.
